MIHS Continues a Culture of Coverage.

March 13, 2017

This year, MIHS employees and partners worked tirelessly to ensure that residents of Maricopa County stayed covered by health insurance. This report details what the marketplace trends were for Open Enrollment Year 4 under the Affordable Care Act, and how MIHS helped to contribute to a culture of coverage through reaching out to specific target populations who need coverage the most. Through this in-reach, MIHS has already shown a 10% reduction in the uninsured rate for care obtained in January 2017 alone. It also details how partnerships were key to a successful OE4, as these organizations provided needed Certified Application Counselors. To read the full report, please see here. Coming soon, a highlight of key details.
