Description: Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) hereby solicits sealed proposals from qualified Phlebotomists to provide Phlebotomy Services on a per draw basis for the Maricopa Medical Center Laboratory. Completed applications for this solicitation will be reviewed on a continuing basis.

Title:  90-09-015-RFQ Employee Recognition and Award Program Services

Description:   Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) is seeking a vendor to provide a wide variety of products and services to contribute toward the creation of a larger employee recognition and award program at MIHS, which will help achieve a primary organization cultural objective of increasing employee motivation, satisfaction and morale.

Description:  Maricopa County Special Health Care District dba Maricopa Integrated Health System (MIHS) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified banks or other financial institutions (“Lessors”) to enter into a master lease agreement that can be utilized on an “as-needed” basis to finance the purchase of equipment or personal property by MIHS.
